The HOPE Young Professionals Summit, also known as YPS, is a yearly conference established 2016 to help support the professional development of Latinas 18-26 years of age. The conference includes  plenary sessions, a career fair expo, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. 

The YPS is the signature conference of the HOPE College Leadership Program (HCLP).   


Summit Reminders

  • Bring your latest resume for it to be reviewed by professionals

  • We strongly encourage you to wear a mask. Proof of COVID-19
    vaccination or a negative COVID test will be checked at entry.

  • Dress code: Business professional attire.

  • Bring your best spirit to network with other like-minded young professionals.

  • Business cards to network. 
    Favorite top or lip gloss for your professional headshot.
